Nachos Mexico .wmv



Ingredients:

natural tortilla nachos

Bayo beans, whole

chedar cheese

sliced ​​jalapeno slices

salsa mexicana - casera (tomato, onion, garlic, coriander, lime juice, salt, pepper)

green salad

minced meat

spice carne guisada

sour cream

guacamole

Preparation:

Fry the minced meat on a small amount of oil, season with salt, pepper and spice carne guisada.

Finely chop tomatoes, onions, garlic and coriander. Add salt, pepper and lime juice, stir thoroughly to get the sauce, "pico de gallo" (salsa mexicana - casera).

In a casserole, arrange nachosy, then Bayo beans, jalapeno and cheddar cheese on top once again impose the same layer. Put in the oven preheated to a temperature of 170C, and bake about 5-7 minutes.

Serve immediately after removing from oven, along with the previously prepared minced meat, chopped lettuce, salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole.
