Bacon wrapped Shrimp

8 large raw shimrp/prawns
4 ounces cream cheese
1 ounce manchego cheese
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 roasted garlic clove
2 poblano chilies (optional)
4 to 8 slices bacon
Salt added to the cheese mixture to taste, just a small amount

I saw someone on TV make this, and thought I would try it.
It is very very good.
If you like your bacon a bit more crispy, fry it half way before you wrap the shrimp.
