Sink or Swim Cupcakes

Recall lazy days spent bobbing on the water. Place figure-piped bathing beauties in inner tubes floating atop cupcakes baked in reusable Pastel Silicone Baking Cups.

Ingredients:

• Rose Icing Color
• Violet Icing Color
• Copper Icing Color (light skin tone)
• Brown Icing Color
• Red-Red Icing Color
• Black Icing Color
• Lemon Yellow Icing Color
• Golden Yellow Icing Color
• Buttercream icing

Instructions:

step 1

Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups supported by cookie sheet. Ice smooth.

step 2

Decorate using very stiff buttercream. Pipe a tip 1A circle inner tube. Figure pipe kids with tip 1A ball body and head. Pipe in tip 3 bathing suits (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Add tip 12 pull-out arms and legs. Pipe tip 3 dot fingers and nose, pull-out or swirl hair. Add tip 1 dot eyes and string mouth.

*Combine Brown with Red-Red for brown shown. Combine Violet with Rose for lavender shown. Combine Lemon Yellow with Golden Yellow for yellow shown.
