Milchi (Korean Appetizer)

2 tablespoons oil for frying

1/4 kilo dried dilis

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame seeds


In a pan, heat oil. Stir–fry dilis until crispy and golden brown. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Add sesame seeds and spring onions. Serve hot.
